Adjudication Policies and Objectives
This year's Malaysia Debate Open will deliver the most objective and impartial adjudication panel ever provided in Malaysian history.
Here's how we will achieve this goal..
- Debate Profile
- You must submit a "Debating Profile" - outlining your debating experience - so we can add you to the pool of "seasoned adjudicators". Otherwise, you will be required to take the adjudication test on Day 1, followed by an interview session by the Adjudication Core. Please refer to our requirements page for more information.
- Resources
- If you're still new to adjudicating, bookmark this page and watch out for soon-to-be-released adjudication tutorial videos prepared by our own experienced adjudicators. This shall set you up to speed to give quality adjudication. Please refer to our resources page for more information.
- Adjudication Subsidy
- Committed to bringing you te best adjudication,the organising committee will be allocating 15 slots for subsidised adjudicator, where we will cover their registration fee and accommodation expenses. Those meets the brief criteria will be considered by the adjudication core.
