All of our participants will be placed in Emperor Hotel Melaka.
Please remember that you should not book accommodation until you've confirmed your registration status here. Read this section carefully before proceeding to stage 3 of the registration.

Please note that the registration and accommodation fees are separate costs.
Accommodation Package
Accommodation is subjected to availability. Every participants are required to select one of the pacakges below.
Package A
- Number of teams : 3
- Room Types : 4 superior triple room Room Capacity : 12 people
- Rates : RM 400 per night ( averages RM 33.35 per person per night )
- Total Amount for 4 Nights : RM 1600
Package B
- Number of teams : 2
- Room Types : 2 superior triple room + 1 standard queen bed room/standard twin room
- Room Capacity : 8 people
- Rates : RM 285 per night ( averages RM 35.65 per person per night )
- Total Amount for 4 Nights : RM 1140
Package C
- Number of teams : 1
- Room Types : 2 Standard Queen Bed Room / Standard Twin room
- Room Capacity : 4 people
- Rates : RM 170 per night ( averages RM 42.50 per person per night )
- Total Amount for 4 Nights : RM 680
Independent Judge
- Room Types : standard twin room
- Room Capacity : 2 people ( you will be sharing with other independent judges )
- Rates : RM 42.50 per person per night
- Total Amount for 4 Nights : RM 170
One of these packages should be selected during your pre-register period. Your institution/ name must be present in the successfully registered teams list and recieve your confirmation email before you can pay for both registration and accommodation.

Check-In & Check-Out Time
Check-in on 5th
- We strongly recommend all international teams and those who are coming far away from Melaka to checkin on the 5th of March which is the day of briefing session & adjudication test.
- The check-in services starts at 2 p.m. For those who are arriving at Kuala Lumpur International Airport on this date, there will be shuttle service straight to the hotel. Please refer to the transportation page for more details.
Check-out on 9th
- For check-out purposes, we strongly recommend all teams to check out on the 9th of March. This is because the Grand Final will end late on the 8th of March. We will provide shuttle service to the airport from the hotel on the 9th of March. Please refer to the transportation page for more information.
